[/IMG] You told me yes You held me high And I believed when you told that lie I played soldier, you played king And struck me down, when I kissed that ring You lost that right, to hold that crown I built you up, but you let me down So when you fall, I'll take my turn And fan the flames As your blazes burn Good and evil will always combat one another; this much is truth. When the scales are tipped either way, corruption is bound to follow, then destruction, and then a time of precious reconstruction. In this world, Arvala, anything is possible. Where dragons guard treasure troves and knights combat evil, heroes travel the land, seeking out adventure where ever it may be, sirens call out to sailors and monsters attack human villages, this world is the apex of all other worlds; the meeting point. Whomsoever controls Arvala controls all lands; as such, it is a constant land of war and chaos, where neither good nor evil can prevail, for they are to busy shedding each other's blood.
Heroes constantly undergo quests to stop evil-doers plans.
Villains constantly fight for control of Arvala.
Knights uphold the kingdoms of their lords and ladies.
Kings are caught by corruption or marked with goodness.
Civilians live in fear of the monsters and dragons that reap their bounty and kill them off one by one.
There is one question that constantly lingers about Arvala, the one thing no one dares hope for, because the thought is simply too good to be true. Will Arvala ever achieve peace?
